- 150 g mild or spicy chorizo,
- 400 g canned cherry tomatoes or 18 fresh cherry tomatoes,
- 2 cups of baby spinach,
- 200 ml of tomato coulis,
- 100 ml of liquid cream,
- olive oil,
- pepper and salt.
