- 1 yellow pepper,
- 30 g of olive oil,
- 330 g of rice (Arborio),
- 200 g of chorizo cut into rounds,
- 40 g of thick crème fraîche,
- 800 grams of water,
- 2 cubes with Mediterranean vegetables.
Depending on the recipes, you can also use filament cheese instead of crème fraîche.
Steps for preparing creamy chorizo risotto
To make this recipe for creamy chorizo risotto, first peel and cut the onion into pieces. Cut the pepper in 2, core it then cut it into small cubes. Rinse the rice and place it in a bowl. In a frying pan, heat the olive oil and brown the pepper and onion for about five minutes. Then add the rice and stir it for two to three minutes. Make sure it becomes translucent before you stop.
