Based in Spanish Catalonia, in the heart of the Garrotxa volcanoes, manufacturing for more than 60 years, Catalan charcuterie, sausages and hams, with respect for craftsmanship and the know-how of local cured meats.
Typical Catalan charcuterie comes in several ranges, and is characterized by the famous Catalan "Whip" or "Fuet", with elongated, often curved shapes, which the Spaniards eat very firm!
The selection of meats is made for their taste and their "lean fat" content, a quality of meat that provides the fat necessary for the production of charcuterie, while maintaining an excellent quality of lean meat (without fat). All the meats are of European origin with traceability to standards.
Share delicious slices of sausages or hams with friends, around a good glass of wine (in moderation), for a successful aperitif! Some products can also be cooked: salads, paella, starters or even raclette!
